The Dark Man, a physics-based shooting game developed by 7Seas Entertainment Limited(BSE–7Seas scrip code 590116), a Hyderabad-based intellectual property-based game development company, is increasingly gaining popularity online, including on social networks like Facebook, Indyarocks, etc.
Adding another feather to its cap, The Dark Man, the most popular physics-based shooting game from 7Seas Entertainment’s stable, has recently bagged the 24FPS 2011 MAAC International Animation Award under the “Best Game Design” category.
This is the third award that The Dark Man, an excellent online casual game from 7Seas’ stable, has won so far this year, with the other two being the FICCI (BAF)-2011 Award and the CSI (Computer Society of India)-2011 Appreciation Award.
The 24FPS Award was received by Mr.L.Maruti Sanker, Managing Director of 7Seas Entertainment Limited, at a dazzling awards ceremony held in Mumbai on December 9, 2011.

The game plan of The Dark Man is all about challenging the gamer to think and aim cautiously and carefully to make it through the game. In this game, the player dons the role of an archer and there are targets (apples) on some people’s heads.
All the player (archer) needs to do is to shoot the apples off their heads without shooting them. If the player misses the target and gets to shoot the person, the player fails to move to the next level.
Though a tough game and isn’t nearly as easy as it sounds, The Dark Man is an addictive game that will keep gamers playing level after level out of sheer stubbornness and the desire to see what the next level promises to hold.
